Skvělá lokalita, s výbornou pekárnou hned za rohem (dvěma rohy:) Zařízení apartmánu včetně koupelny a kuchyňky je účelné, příjemné a působí nově. Výhoda je, že se lze ubytovat samostatně. Ubytovatelé posílají dostatek informací a návodů, jak projít postupně všemi třemi dveřmi. Terasa do vnitrobloku je pro danou lokalitu luxus.
Trochu loterie je sousední apartmán, který je jen za tenkými dveřmi, V případě hluku od sousedů jde všechno slyšet. Někomu to nemusí vadit, ale oba apartmány sdílí jednu terasu se dvěma stoly a židlemi. Přímo v apartmánu už na stůl není místo.

Large and spacious room, enough space for 4 people, large bathroom, nice terrace
The photos show that there is also a small kitchen, which unfortunately was not in our room. The door from the inside led to the other room, which was poorly insulated, so we could hear every noise from the neighbourhoods

Posizione nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, comoda ai Servizi pubblici e a Via Toledo e p.zza plebiscito.
Struttura al 4°piano con 62 gradini in scala ripidissima. Bagno cieco senza ventilazione, doccia intasata. Insonorizzazione insufficiente con camera adiacente, divisa da una porta scorrevole con passaggio di luce e tutto il resto. Sarebbe utile segnalare che la struttura non è adatta a portatori di handicap. È adatta a scalatori, "freeclimber e senza problemi articolari e cardiovascolari. Scarsa manutenzione e pulizia. Mancanza di cuscini aggiuntivi.
