Its strategic position offers itself as the best solution for tourists who want to visit the main monuments symbol of the city on foot without renouncing high standards of comfort and privacy guaranteed by the house. It is just 5 minutes walk from the central funicular and 8 minutes from the Toledo subway station to get around the rest of the city. The apartment, completely renovated in April 2016, is located on the third floor in a building of 600 'which is also equipped with a lift.

L'appartement nous a beaucoup plus, très propre et bien aménagé. Seul petit bémol, le matériel de cuisine est très insuffisant : pas de planche à découper, pas de couteaux de cuisine : éplucheur, couteau à pain, couteaux pour préparer. Pas de grille-pain non plus, pas de gant pour attraper les plats chauds, pas de plat à four. De plus, un seul torchon de cuisine pour 6 personnes pour une semaine, c'était vraiment trop peu, et pas de tablier non plus. Nous n'avons pas non plus trouvé les produits d'entretien et éponges pour pouvoir faire le ménage quotidien. Cependant, le séjour était super et l'accueil charmant. La situation en centre-ville à proximité des transports publics et de la mer est parfaite. L'immeuble est très calme, et la situation de l'appartement dans la cour intérieure est très appréciable, car elle met bien à l'abri des bruits de la rue. Je recommande cette location.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Enttäuschend ist lediglich die Tatsache, dass die Fotos viel schöner sind als die Raelität. Wohnung ohne Charakter, jedoch mit guten Duschen und guten Betten!
