Collocazione e pulizia.

Amazing building and location for our ten day stay. It's just a few minutes up from Via Toledo, the metro station, one of the funicular stations and ten minutes to the Molo Bevarello port. We used this apartment as a base to take ferries and boat trips to Capri, Ischia, Procida and Amalfi coast. It's proximity to the metro made it easy to get to and from the central rail station (four metro stops) and so made it really simple for us to get to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The apartment is top floor though the building has a lift in the corner which was really helpful when arriving and leaving with suitcases or bringing up multiple heavy bottles of water. The apartment itself has everything you need for a great stay. Basics of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and breakfast biscuits are supplied and were appreciated. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and supportive. The air conditioning was cool and working well. We chose an apartment with a washing machine due to the heat and the need to keep on top of fresh clothes. The machine had a good quick wash and limited detergent was supplied and appreciated. Washing is then hung on your balcony to dry and pegs are provided. In the June heat that was very quick to dry items! The apartment owner is nearby and helpful and as we had a ten day stay, supplied us with clean towels and fresh breakfast supplies. I really recommend this apartment and would stay again. It's in an authentic and old building but is truly comfortable and well appointed. The location is superb.

The fridge freezer needed to be defrosted and when I advised the owner she said she would resolve it asap. A few more clothes pegs are needed please. The bathroom tiles/shower need a deep clean but were in acceptable condition.

En principio el lugar es precioso de donde lo mires, la ubicación excelente, a un paso de todo. El departamento es impecable, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Simona una genia, desde el momento de la reserva hasta el día que nos fuimos siempre atenta y en comunicación con nosotros, pendiente a toda hora. Al llegar a Nápoles, muertos porque el taxi no entro, ojo, indiquen la dirección si o si, porque te dejan abajo y tenés que cargar con todo caminando y son subidas. Estábamos en el barrio Español, santuario al 10 Llegamos y no encontrábamos la numeración, estamos ahí, y de golpe nos vinieron a buscar, unos genios!!! Super agradecidos. Super recomendables, volveremos sin dudas con más tiempo.

El palacio histórico y la amabilidad de los anfitriones. La habitación es grande y el baño completo, incluso con lavadora. La ubicación es ideal, se puede salir caminando a Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito y al puerto. La ventana aíslan bien del ruido, per las calles de este barrio de Napoles son muy ruidosas, no se pueden pedir milagros. En la habitación había tapones, pero si tienes sueño ligero, igual este barrio no es el mejor. Nosotros llegabamos muy cansados por la noche y conseguimos descansar bien, a pesar del ruido.
