The beds were so comfortable and the staff were nice and polite

The bathroom was clean and very good but the design Was not comfortable

The staff made the whole stay exceptional. Id like to shoutout Nilo and Jeffrey at front desk and the pool guys. Theyre a breathe of sunshine everytime we entered the hotel from exploring the city, they had big smiles that really brighten up the day. Them and the restaurant staff at Reef and Beef are fabulous. Definitely taking people there soon.

Nothing much. The facilities are worth the money and the proximity to dubai mall was wonderful.

The location,for our stay was great. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were pleasant.

On our second night there was terribly disturbed by loud, vibrating music. There was a restaurant on the ground floor under our room and a club/function room in between. On the second night the club/function room was “pumping” music which could be felt and heard in our room and corridor. I spoke to staff about it. They knew about the music and offered to move us to a different room. By this time it was 11:30 pm, my partner was in bed and we had items laid out for our journey to the airport in the morning. As a result, I declined the move, but was angry that we were not offered a different room earlier in the day considering they knew the music would be happening. I would want a guarantee that I will not hear music in my room through the night if I ever stay again.
