Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, Downtown Dubai

This is a perfect location for the Dubai Mall and Downtown overall. The beds are comfortable, the staff is nice and the rooms are clean, what else do you need for a short shopping stay

A bathroom could be more private to out taste but that is the design, so I guess it is a matter of preference. I think the cold/hot handle for the shower in our room was messed up (cold was hot and hot was cold), so it took a while to figure out :) Other than that - great place - thank you!

The room was exceptionally comfortable. And the staff were superb.

I loved the location and the convenience. Talaat was extremely considerate and accommodating and made our stay easy.

When we got to the room there were sanitary bags provided and after that there was nothing. When I called to ask for more I was told you have never provided them. I even took a picture to show you. I wish the rooms were cleaned better.

The location,for our stay was great. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were pleasant.

On our second night there was terribly disturbed by loud, vibrating music. There was a restaurant on the ground floor under our room and a club/function room in between. On the second night the club/function room was “pumping” music which could be felt and heard in our room and corridor. I spoke to staff about it. They knew about the music and offered to move us to a different room. By this time it was 11:30 pm, my partner was in bed and we had items laid out for our journey to the airport in the morning. As a result, I declined the move, but was angry that we were not offered a different room earlier in the day considering they knew the music would be happening. I would want a guarantee that I will not hear music in my room through the night if I ever stay again.
