The only redeeming qualities are the location and the view. The staff is terrible and provides no accurate information; they don't even know details about the bars in the same building. Dubai has thousands of hotels, so it is definitely worth looking for another one.

Overall, my experience was mixed. The room was nice and comfortable, and the property itself has some positive aspects. However, there were a few areas that I feel need improvement. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable overall, but I noticed quite a few hairs on top of the carpet, which was disappointing. The breakfast was probably the biggest area for improvement. I expected more variety, but the options were quite limited, with mainly vanilla and chocolate muffins, vanilla cake, and a few other items. There was no live station, and there was also not much information available about the breakfast or how to order additional items. I also noticed pests in the restaurant and shared two pictures with the hotel regarding this issue. The cleanliness of the restaurant could definitely be improved. During check-in, I also noticed staff speaking to each other in their local language while assisting guests. Although I understand they may have been communicating among themselves, it would feel more professional and welcoming if guest-facing conversations were handled in a language the guest could understand. The room itself was nice, but overall, there are several areas especially breakfast, restaurant cleanliness, and attention to detail—that could be improved. Based on my experience, I would personally not recommend the property at this time.
