Stayed here during the war situation and the reception staff was just amazing !! They went above and beyond to help and be there for the guests - special mention for Fadi and Irma and Numan and shekar (the gentleman from india). 5 star service.

Excellent modern rooms, extremely cleaned and fantastic location.
The only minor point from my side is that all showers are in a bath tub. My personal preference is for a walk in shower. However this didn’t not limit my stay at all. It was an excellent experience.

Didn’t like the fact I had to keep changing elevators to get to my car which was parked in the lowest parking level. Didn’t like that the apartment smelled so bad from sewage and the kitchen sink was clogged!! And to my luck they had window cleaning which meant no privacy and extra noise!!
