Our stay at Heritage Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly, professional, and accommodating staff. A special commendation goes to Nilo and Niyas, who attended to our needs with remarkable courtesy, efficiency, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The excellent service we experienced is a clear reflection of the hotel’s outstanding management and commitment to customer satisfaction. It is this level of care and professionalism that makes guests feel valued and eager to return. The location is simply perfect—just a short distance from Dubai Mall and surrounded by the best that Dubai has to offer. To top it all off, we were treated to a breathtaking view of the iconic Burj Khalifa right from our room, making our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Heritage Hotel, for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and world-class hospitality. We will definitely be coming back for another staycation!

Spent 2 nights at the hotel Good atmosphere and friendly staff (allowed us to check in early) Walking distance from Dubai Mall

I had checked in with my family on the 25th Jan 2026 in the evening. I was given a room rite next to the garbage storage on the 4th Floor. It was just impossible to enter such a stinky room. I requested the person at the reception to change my room and he says the hotel is fully booked sorry we can't help. Then after much requests I was offered an handicapped room on the ground floor which I didn't accept. I told the team to refund my payment and I would leave the hotel, suddenly a room was offered on the 6th Floor. The rooms do not have locks for the washroom and bathing area. It's simply not children friendly at all. There is a pungunt smell that comes from the drains of the washroom and bathing area drains. Next morning when we went for breakfast a lady standing at the breakfast reception stopped us by saying breakfast is not included in your stay you need to pay charges for unlimited breakfast. I showed her the booking confirmation and she took a snap shot of the same, again after 15 mins she came saying kindly pay for the breakfast. The breakfast menu is extremely small and if your anything such like a cold coffee or a milk shake, they say it's chargeable. I had to request 100 times for a plate of avacado. After room service used glasses and empty water bottles were not filled, room was not cleaned well and the tooth paste kit was also not replenished in the washroom after use. Half filled water was also not filled. Next morning again at breakfast time we were stopped by that lady saying you haven't paid for your breakfast which was extremely annoying. Our friends also were staying in the hotel who had a small kid along with them, They ordered for room service some food for their kid, apparently the kid when off to sleep empty stomach due to the food never came. Guys, don't go thru reviews, this hotel is not a place to stay with kids at all. The staff is extremely rude and make funny faces on requests. It was an entire waste of a stay at this place.
