Nice location, very comfortable.

Nice location, very comfortable, with an indoors swimming pool that the kids loved. 30 minutes away from Europa Park. Great breakfast. Electric cars power stations.

The view from the room (far on the left) onto a dump of old chairs, old hotel furniture and other junk. It disrupts the overlook on the river.

Lovely place. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

I loved being right next to the stream which we could see and listen to from our room. The dinners served were exceptional.

We didn't feel entirely welcome - almost more of a stepchild visiting. Some of the staff were very friendly. Others were not. But we loved the place anyway.

Wonderful stay in a nice hotel with great food and very friendly and accommodating staff

Excellently located in the Schwarzwald region with great hiking trails nearby. Spacious room with plenty of cupboard space and good beds. The food was great: excellent breakfast and a 4-course dinner with good variety. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. Due to heavy traffic we arrived later than expected and although the restaurant had just closed, they served us dinner anyway. We enjoyed our daily swim in the pool and a hot sauna.

No negative remarks, we really enjoyed our stay! If the opening hour of the pool and sauna could be extended that would make it perfect.

Excellent, beautiful, friendly hotel

The hotel felt very friendly, staff made us feel very at home. Lovely bedroom at the front of the hotel. Swimming pool was great. We had our grandchildren and they loved being there. We will definitely come back again

The restaurant didn't open until 6.30pm and so we had to eat in the next door restaurant that opened at 5pm , children wouldn't wait!

Recommended hotel for all types of vacation

Very quiet and pleasant hotel. We ordered 2 rooms and both of them were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty and the dinner was above all the expectation. Dinner was prepared by a very talented Chef and it was worth to be in the hotel for this meal. The stuff was with high customer service awareness.

Opening hours of the pool was till 21:00, it could be a little bit later for ending the day in summer evening

1. There were quite warm days/night and there was no air condition/ fans at the rooms 2. There are no refrigerator and kettle in the rooms 3. In the first night we left the windows at the bathroom open and in the morning there were a lot of insect in the bathroom

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great close by to many highlights in the Black forest. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was very nice.

The hotel is less suitable for young children. We were staying with our 4yo daughter, wich was often challenging.

Perfect

I loved everything about this place. The hotel is surrounded with vineyards and beautiful landscapes. The hotel is perfect, very authentic but luxurious. The rooms are big and the shower is very good. I also liked the balcony with the view on the water. The staff is lovely and makes your stay personal. And the food..amazing! Compliments to the chef, who also takes allergies into account.

Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and the food is superb. Plenty of options for breakfast. Wellness facilities are great as well, with a nice size pool, two types of sauna and an infra-red cabin.

Only complaint was that I didnt call ahead to reserve a table for dinner. At check in I was told it was booked for both nights we stayed there, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants so it didnt effect our stay much!

Un week-end romantique à 2 pas de Freiburg-im-Brisgau

Chambre spacieuse et très bien décorée, balcon donnant sur un torrent. Piscine agréable. Joli restaurant où nous avons pris d’excellents repas. Le personnel était sympathique.

La Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais ce n’était pas pénalisant.

Schöner Entspannungs-Aufenthalt

Alle sehr freundlich, gutes und leckeres Essen, zur Entspannung Sauna und Schwimmbad (nur die Stühle an der Sauna sind vllt zu wenig wenn’s mal voll ist und zum duschen muss man hoch gehen). Gute Lage für einen Besuch in Freiburg und Colmar.

Sehr leckereres Frühstück, kleiner aber feiner Pool mit Sauna. Blick vom Balkon auf die Glotter. Das ganze Haus ist mit unserem Wappentier Hirsch dekoriert.

Rundum perfekt Urlaub machen im Hotel Schwarzenberg

Das Hotel war ganz ausgezeichnet. Super nettes Personal, eine traumhaft schöne Lage , super leckeres, vielseitiges Frühstück und zu der schönen Ausstattung kam noch ein sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Rundum klasse und erholsam war unser 3 tägiger Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Es ist recht groß und mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Sofa, Tisch, Stuhl und weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten eingerichtet ist. Natürlich beinhaltet es auch ein Doppelbett, Nachttischchen und einen Kleiderschrank. Die Terrasse ist mit Sitzmöbeln und einem Tisch ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück wird in Buffetform angeboten und es ist alles erhältlich, was für einen guten Start in den Tag erforderlich ist. Das 4-Gänge-Abendmenue hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Morgens konnte man bereits nachlesen, welche Gerichte abends gereicht werden. Änderungswünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Das Schwimmbad hat eine 'hotelübliche' Größe und bietet genug Platz für maximal 3 oder 4 'sportliche' Schwimmer. Den Saunabereich haben wir nicht benutzt und können somit keine Bewertung dafür vornehmen. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden und der sehr gute Service, Auch ungewöhnliche (Essens-)Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt.

Uns fehlte lediglich die Möglichkeit, auf dem Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten zu können.

Per immergersi in natura e relax, consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, molto ricca varia, anche la cena molto gradevole e di qualità, un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe essere l'aggiunta di un piccolo salad bar per dare la possibilità di mangiare più verdure a cena. Centro benessere piccolo, curato e completo. Posizione strategica perché nelle vicinanze di Friburgo ma in un contesto più piccolo e caratteristico. Consigliatissimo!

Zimmer groß und sehr sauber, Wellnesbereich für die Hotelgröße perfekt. Die Küche ist aussergewöhnlich, Sterne-Niveau! Sehr gutes Büffet-Frühstück kontinental und lokal, dazu Frisch zubereitete 4-Gänge Menüs am Abend waren perfekt - auch glutenfreie Gerichte (bestellt wg. Zöliakie) sehr schmackhaft!

Super nettes Personal und schöne Ausstattung im Hotel Das Frühstück war wirklich super.

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gemacht allerdings gibt es keine Liegeplätze und keine Duschen Dazu muss man ins Schwimmbad darüber gehen. Der Bereich ist auch nicht abgetrennt so dass es leider teilweise sehr laut war da natürlich Kinder im Hallenbad spielten. Für Familien ist das sicherlich toll aber für Pärchenzeit leider weniger.
