Great location and good size room for Paris. Lovely spa area which was a bonus. the small kitchen area was also very handy.

When we arrived at the hotel, 10:30am, weary and a bit disheveled from our overnight flight, we were greeted with a happy “Bonjour” from the woman at the front desk. We were way before our 15:00 check-in and were not only allowed to stow our bags but able to take a shower and change clothes in the spa!!! It was a great start to our trip (my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and my granddaughter was with us for her 16th birthday). After a short walk down the street toward town we stopped and had galettes and what my wife called the “best cappuccino ever” at the Breizh Cafe. We then took a stroll through the Luxembourg Garden and swung back by the hotel and our bags were in our room which was ready a couple of hours ahead of time. Then after a visit to the top of the Eiffel Tower and a late dinner at Le Procope, we crashed in our comfortable beds and woke up at 7. Honestly, I hadn’t initially considered the spa an important aspect of the trip but after our second 15,000 step day, my granddaughter and I decided to check it out. It was awesome! The 20x20 plunge pool had jets which I can only describe as extremely vigorous and massage level. There was a “swim in place” feature which my granddaughter and eventually my wife both enjoyed. We all loved the “tropical experience” room especially the 4th setting. The room was set up with the water closet and a sink in the common area which was great because my granddaughter didn’t have to come through our room at night. The shower was in the bedroom so we had to do a rotation there but it wasn’t inconvenient. The space overall was large for France, the water pressure was good, the staff at the front desk and the spa were extremely courteous and helpful, and the room was cleaned every day. The metro was a 6-8 minute walk away and we never felt unsafe in the hotel surroundings. It was a great base of operations for our trip. I would definitely stay there again.
We don’t sit around in our room in Paris. We use it as a place for comfort between our excursions. This isn’t a criticism from our perspective but if you’re looking for a room with a view this might not be the place for you. I’m a person who typically obsesses when things go wrong and I have nothing bad to say.

The residence was amazing, nothing to fault. We had a two bed apartment, the living room gave us plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic - particularly in the heat of this summer. We loved having breakfast brought to our room and eating it in the comfort of our own apartment. Staff were great, humouring my rusty A-level French. We didn't get round to the spa, but it looked good. Location was great, a few minutes from the Jardin de Luxembourg, 15-20 minutes walk from Notre Dame. The street was very quiet, but there were many restaurants and cafes a short walk away. And there was a small convenience store opposite which was great for milk and late night snacks.
Nothing.
