Room was a good size and very comfortable. Good location, just a couple minutes walk to the airport itself. Flight was too early to enjoy breakfast, but it looked good!

Breakfast was tasty.
Lack of communication from staff. Light switches not working. On asking for the sofa bed to be made up, we were told two hours later to move rooms as no housekeeping was available. This was at our son’s bedtime. Once moved, lights didn’t work in new room. Nothing was offered initially as an apology for our inconvenience, we had to ask! We were then offered the contents of the minibar, which was extremely kind, but a partial refund would have been nice. The men’s toilets in the reception area were mostly out of use. A 4 star experience, it was not.
