Far away from the city, one of the Reception executive who is very fat (female) was very harsh, not so polite. No of items in breakfast menu was very minimum when compared to cost we spend and other hotels which is cheaper.

I chose this hotel because it is about 10 mins nice walk to the airport. The room is well designed, comfortable. I like it. It’s very convenient, modern and has friendly staffs.

The hotel isn’t right next to the airport, you need to drag your luggages on slippery staircase, across the main road and on thick snow for 5 mins walk. Was told the hotel used to provide free shuttle service to the airport but it was ceased during Covid. If you have heavy luggages I recommend looking for other hotels closer to the airport.
