Loved the location and the space itself was comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable. We had an issue with the fire alarm and it was rectified quickly and efficiently.
The entrance to the property was open to the public without security and the door slammed with every use. A loud party of young people our first night was not appreciated. Especially when 2 girls showed up, knocking and asking to use our washroom at 19:30 pm because theirs was’ busy’. The freezer door was broken and dripped water into the fridge.

Great location. easy independent entrance to the apartment. The crate is clean. Excellent kitchen with induction hob, mycgogal and oven and dishwasher.
Beds are a bit narrow. No closet or shelves for clothes.
Lack of basic supplies: kitchen towel, tablecloth, teaspoons. The pan is not suitable for induction. And after the appeal, no one did or brought anything.

Nice and comfortable flat ideally located in Bergen. Clean, well equipped kitchen. Good communication, all informations were sent on time.

Contactless communication was excellent.
The bedroom facilities were fine and relatively comfortable.
The location of the accommodation is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the city center.
The kitchen equipment did not correspond to the description. It was very poor equipment.
There was no hot water, which was very unpleasant.
There were very noisy guests in the neighboring apartments who disturbed the surroundings intensively even after midnight and everything was very audible through the walls, but also through the windows to the yard.
In the end, we were quite disappointed with the accommodation.
