The location and the cleanliness
I was a big disappointment, the window was broken so there was a lot of air coming and it made the room cold. I asked them to switch on the heater, they said they don't have. The tv remote was not working so ! had to complain before they fixed it. The toilet was clean but stinking and leaking. I had a bad room experience😟😭
