Had a problem with the door/key, but it was sorted almost immediately. That was great

Security was excellent and the guards were friendly and welcoming. The pool was always clean and the place is convenient as stores are close by.
The couches are too old and the sleeper couch was uncomfortable, the worst night mare was the cockroaches and the pots that burnt everything we cooked.

My stay was very great but the receptionist is rude,arrogant,and doesn't treat visitors not even show any remorse for her actions.
