Good location and decent room for a reasonable price

While the location is convenient, the room fell short of the "luxury" description.

The location is great as the accommodation is close to the city center (5 minutes on foot) and the main bus station for those traveling by bus.

The accommodation is far from being luxurious. To reach the room, you have to climb narrow stairs, which might be difficult for some people, especially when carrying luggage. The room wasn’t properly cleaned – there were eyelashes stuck to the shelf, some spots had spiderwebs, and the floor was covered in small dust, typical of a space after renovation (I assume it is a consequence of room being in the attic). Additionally, some of the dishes were dirty as they had been used before. We contacted the host, who responded quickly, apologized, and arranged for a cleaning service the following morning, as we agreed. However, the cleanliness didn’t improve much (except for the eyelashes and dishes). The room was supposed to have its own kitchenette, but it only had a kettle and a small fridge, so there was no proper space to, at the very least, wash your dishes. Lastly, the room smelled of dampness, and there were visible stains on the walls, suggesting a larger issue with moisture in the building. While these issues may be common, if you advertise your service as luxury rooms, the description is not aligned with the actual experience.

If you come by car, this can be your biggest issue - finding a parking place and you can not stop in front of the building, so be prepared. But there are some parking places and garage nearby.

A beautifully presented comfortable apartment

This room was so private and comfortable! I just loved having a little balcony and big doors to open out to it. The bed was really comfortable. The room was so spacious and beautiful with the skylights. I loved the bath too.

The bath unfortunately wouldn’t fill very much before the hot water ran out.

Great location and very central location. Cute cat in front of the house always saying hello. If you stay for several days I would recommend parking on the big parking lot near Banj beach (3 Euro per day, c. 15-20 minutes to walk) or close to the hospital (c. 12 Euro per day).

Dark and small but ok

Good, quiet location .

The building looks terrible from the outside, next to a demolished building. But thankfully inside it is much nicer. It is modern and well equipped with kettle and fridge. The room is small, decorated with dark colours and so feels very dark. There is no view and the bathroom is small with an awkward shape. The bed is quite soft with big, hard pillows. We were only here 1 night as a stop over and we did not find it particularly comfortable. It seemed expensive for such a small room. Oh and it would be nice if the hot water was left on for guests. We both had cold showers as we only noticed the switch for the hot water as we were leaving!!

Room Leccino is not comfortable and during winter months (i was there during New Years eve) there is smell of moist from a bathroom. Also room Leccino is not in pictures on booking.com so you don't know what you geting. For summer days and nights when you don't spent so much time in room can be ok.

Pleasant

We booked two rooms. The one that was on the attic and the other one on the first floor. The building from the outside looks like it's unfinished. No elevator or assistance for the luggage. The attic room was clean and cozy, the only issue we faced was with the bathtub as it was easy to throw water everywhere and you couldn't stand because of the attic. The other room was dirty. We found stuck shampoo in the shower , dirt in the drawer of the hairdryer and the shower stall was broken. Initially the owner apologized and asked us to resend the cleaning personnel. As we were staying only for one night, arrived around 20:00 and would leave at 9:00 we denied. The next day though some in charge came to check and tried to convince us that the room was clean and treated us with no respect. The overall feeling is that they renovated an old building with cheap but modern furniture to make them look appealing. However, they do not know either how to manager this property nor how to treat guests.

Very modern and lovely place at perfect location

Very new and modern facilities. We loved the interior, the little balcony and the location was also perfect. All in all we were happy with our stay and really enjoyed our time in beautiful Sibenik.

Only downside was the water in the bathroom. There was a huge bath, but there wasn't enough hot water to fill it completely, so it filled with lukewarm/cold water. Also be aware the closest parking is a public one where you have to pay per hour.

Exceptional

The apartment was completly new and very nice. It was very clean and nicely prepared upon our arrival. It is located right by the old city center, but still very easly reached by car. Although there is no parking space belonging to the apartment, there are many payable parking places near to it, so we were always able to park our car around 5 mins by foot from it. The two hosts were very nice and helpful, always making sure that everything was ok and were very easy to communicate with. There are plenty of shops, bars and places to eat somewhere near. Would recommend and visit again.

Veldig sentralt, enkelt å komme inn kode til dør var sendt på epost fikk parkert motorsykkel rett utenfor. Kjempe fint bad, stilig. Aircondition var veldig god å ha om natten. Kan godt tenke meg å overnatte her en gang til. Fikk faktisk litt luksus følelse.

Det var for mange duftpinner i leiligheten for min smak, det ble litt intenst.

Jako tesko naci parking, sat vremena sam izgubila tražeći ga, mislim da bi objekt negdje trebao omogućiti privatan parking.

Te duur voor wat ge krijgt. Algemeen: Kroatië is duur geworden; duurders Italië en weinig echte hotels die naam waardig.

Op zich is de ligging goed, pal in het centrum doch dronken Italianen verstoorden mijn nachtrust .

Een hotel waar de receptie om 16 uur sluit is geen echt hotel. Ik hou niet van die onpersoonlijke sleutelkastjes. Geen lift.
