Super friendly well located clean but loft has much to be desired.

Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Perfectly clean apartment.

Really steep stairs to a very small landing with two tiny twin beds (I hadn’t understood there was not double). The beds have no headboards and are placed under a sloping roof so if you do try to sleep in the configuration proposed it is likely you will hit your head. Only one inadequate lamp in the bedroom so impossible to read in bed.

Perfect place to stay to explore Sibenik. Wish we’d had longer.

Really great location. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The two studios we rented were spotless, comfortable, nicely decorated and well kitted out for a short stay. AC for the hot weather was very welcome. Only 5 mins walk to the beautiful old centre of Sibenik and sea front.

Parking is a problem as there is nothing at the property, but the owner can provide lots of help and advice about local car parks and there are lots of options within 10 mins walk, though you do have to pay wherever you go.

Nice home base for visiting Sibenik

Great location to visit Sibenik and comfortable suite. Friendly, helpful host. If you have a car, it's going to be annoying, but not expensive to park in the public lot nearby.

The only annoying thing is that one of the twin beds is floating, not touching any walls, and I find it awkward to sleep like that.

Overall a good experience with a great host.

We loved the place at first sight. The host was very very kind and cool. He explained us everything we needed. The 2 apartments were really really beautiful and espacious, cozy and close to the city center. I would repeat. In general, pretty happy with the house and the host.

The apartment was not as clean as it should. The floor was a bit dirty and you could see some fluff here and there. Also web spiders on the corners. It was not a problem for us, but its something easy to improve and does not takes a lot of time to clean it. Also, we had to pay parking 10 euros per day. It was not a problem though.

A very nice and central place to stay!

Its a very sweet apartment with all things you need!! The Host is very friendly and will help you to find the perfect beach and places to eat!! We will definitely come back!

Great location

Location was excellent. The apartment was really nice, wifi was good, bathroom small but practical. Very close to everything(walking). Didn't use kitchen facilities but had everything you would need.Loved Sibenik.

Nothing apart from upstairs was a bit dusty but maybe due to some exposed stone walls. This is why it got a 9 not a 10.

Great short vacation in a very nice apartment.

Everything needed for a short stay was available and the apartment has a very cool concept with the beds being on the upper floor/deck. Host was very helpful, informative and kind.

The apartment was comfortable, but the cleanliness has room for improvement. There were some areas which needed more attention.

The air condition barely covered the upper floor which forced us to sleep on the sofa downstairs and also to bring down one sleeping matress to the ground floor. Small balcony.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The location was great, very quiet but close to everything. The room was very large and spotlessly clean.The old town was one minute away and the bus station and ferry five minutes. The welcome drinks were much appreciated as it was extremely hot. Christian and his family were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help and offer useful information on things to do in the region. Unbeatable and highly recommended.

Great apartment just in the old city center of Sibenik. Everyghing was just exactly like in the photos. A lot of space and comfortable conditions. A big big thanks to the hoster for arrangement of parking place for my car not far from the apartment.

proximity to old town, comfortable flat with everything you need and very quiet, nice and helpful owner Kristijan

nothing that worried us. But climbing up to beds on the small timber staircase might be difficult for people with some physical handicap. There is also a small issue with the drainage plumbing in the shower but the owner will fix this.

Awesome! Highly recommend!

Everything! The location is perfect. It is literally 1 -2 minutes walk to the bus station, old town, the fortress, shops, bakeries…Even though, it is in the heart of the city, the place is super quiet. The interior is awesome. It’s so cosy and clean, and you even have a little outdoor nook! Our kind and helpful host Kristijan was the best!

Superb

The host was very kind and welcoming, even though I lost the keys to the accommodation. Everything went smoothly. The room was clean and already cooled on arrival - we really appreciated this as Dubrovnik is incredibly hot.

Unfortunately, the parking situation in the whole city is crazy. I recommend using the central parking lot (approx. 700m from the room) for a fee.

One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. We had a late check in, and Kristijan didn't have any problems with it. Location is fantastic, apartment was super clean and it made us feel like home. If we ever come to Šibenik again we would 100% choose this apartment again. 10/10

Tastefully restored apartment in traditional stone house

Excellent central location with wonderful small outdoor space which was an unexpected surprise. Very close to old town and local supermarkets and very accommodating host.

Ideal apartment for short city stays. For longer stays a washing machine would be a useful addition. The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are a little steep and would probably not be suitable for some people.

Best stay 2021 so far!

Everything was just perfect, Kris was very nice and helpful, he gave us all the information we needed and asked for. So far the best stay this year!

The only thing we did not like was the two single bedwhich we connected them and it was okay but of course a double bed would be much more preferable! :)

The best choice!

We enjoyed our stay in Sibenik at Falcons Nest! Me and my friend Lorenzo were there for a week for a tennis tournament! The owners of the apartment were very kind and friendly! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The city center is really close and you can find many supermarkets nearby! I suggest this place to everyone! Grazie!

Very disappointing but friendly staff

Very good location, great hospitality, friendly and helpful staff especially great welcoming, modern facilities. Good WIFI and A/C.

Unfortunately our room was probably not cleaned properly since weeks. Towels were covered in hair. Floor was full of dust, dirt, hair and stains. I don’t believe that the floor was vacuum cleaned or wiped ever. All the furniture including kitchen was covered with dust, stains and everywhere we touched was greasy and sticky. Toilet was also full of stains, hair and dust. It was a huge disappointment. Bed in the photos looks like a double bed however it is actually two very narrow twin beds. An unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom from time to time. It is very hard to ventilate the room since it only has a tiny window, which also makes the room very dark during the day. I think this place has a huge potential but the owners should definitely improve their hygiene measures especially during Corona pandemic.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Very secure. Old town center within easy walking distance. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in finding the place as GOS did not.

War sehr schön und entspannend, kochen hat leider nicht wie gewünscht funktioniert

Die Lage war ideal, in 3min war man im Zentrum von Šibenik. Der Preis hat such gut gepasst und der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch - wir haben einen Fisch gefangen und er hat uns sogar angeboten, diesen zu kochen, nachdem es im Appartement von der Ausstattung her nicht möglich war.

Die Küchenausstattung war sehr minimalistisch - außerdem hat die Kochplatte automatisch den Feueralarm ausgelöst, weil der Raum schlecht durchblutet war und es keinen Dunstabzug gab.

Super Location und sehr netter Host!

Wir hatten Tweety, das kleinste Zimmer und waren sehr zufrieden. Kristian hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und war sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt und alles was man braucht! Wenn man die Inseln Zlarin oder Prvic Luka erkunden will (beide schafft man locker an einem Tag!) dann kommt man super günstig (3,5€ von Sibenik nach Zlarin und nochmal 2,6€ von Zlarin nach Prvic Luka- 3,5€ für die Rückfahrt) mit der Fähre dorthin (fährt mehrmals täglich- Tickets am Ticketschalter bei der Fähre)

Das nächstgrößere Parkhaus (Poljana) war mit 1,33€/ Std. bei fast 2 Tagen doch ganz schön teuer. Leider gab es in dem Parkhaus keinen Tagestarif. Am besten also einen Parkplatz suchen!
