Fantastic apartment lovely place Denia

The lady Yana waited for us at about 11.30pm outside the apartment and showed us round. We had everything we needed for a fantastic time and it was situated near a huge supermarket.

The views of the castle from our room was amazing and the mountains. The pools were well kept and really lovely. Situation was great beach and town.

A good sized apartment in convenient location with a sunny balcony.

Spacious apartment, good value for 2 bedroom apartment. Sunny outlook. Good location for shops and beach.

Soft furnishings (cushions and pillows) smelled stale, could do with freshening up. Arrangements for end of stay handover and return of deposit were not acceptable as there was limited contact by the owner before we left: no-one arrived to return deposit and it wasn't delivered to us until we were at the airport, after many phone calls. We were told this was due to family illness but only after we had left to go to airport.

Mostly great, but under-used pool area due to lack of sun and ability to lounge.

Great apartment with plenty of room and a lovely terrace with table and chairs. The views from the terrace are better than advertised. The walk to the beach is easy as it is close. Likewise the town centre and port are an easy walk and so too is the entrance to the castle tunnel. Denia has lots of restaurants with outside seating.

Didn’t like the need to pay a €200 euro cash damage deposit on arrival. We received all our deposit back on departure . The pool area has no seating or loungers, and is north facing so had very little sun in mid September. In contrast, some of the car parking was south facing! Not sure what the architectural idea is underlying that decision!

Excellent property

The property is clean, shops very close to you, comfortable beds and sofa, lots of space to put your clothes, pretty nice size balcony, 10-15 minutes to the beach. In general very nice property 👌

What i didn’t like about the property was the neighbors who owns a property in the complex, if you’re having childrens make sure they’re not making much noise otherwise they’re knocking on your door to let you know your child is too loud. At the pool you feel the same, they’re shouting at you to be quiet, and that some people needs to work especially to the foreign people! Such shame because the complex have 3 lovely pools. I didn’t really felt relaxed, as i had to tell my kids to be quiet.

De bedden zijn niet comfortabel. Kraken en de spiralen/ veren springen wanneer je je omdraait

Corta pero muy agradable

Nos gusto del alojamiento lo cerca que esta andando al centro de denia aparte ,tiene una buena terraza y sobretodo garaje privado. Todo muy limpio y bastante nuevo.las piscinas estan muy bien todo limpio y cuidado
