Breakfast is fine.
Good Location.
Living Hall & dining place is cold in evening (early of April).
Need more steps for the upper bunker bed.

The kitchen was well equipped, both tableware, but also tea, coffee, butter, mermelade! The owner give a little bag with bread, yogurt and fruits when you arrive, a very nice touch! There are also cookies and sweets that are always on the table (free)
The shared room can get a bit warm, even if it has air-conditioning

Great place after the Kumano hike!!

Well-located hostel for hiking the Kumano-kodo. The staff were helpful and informative about our stay and about the hike in general. Very clean bedroom and bed-linen.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, as the bath mats did not look particularly clean. There was also a very strange smell in the kitchen, and the hostel also had a bit of an odour of sweat downstairs (though maybe to be expected for a hiking hostel!)
