Wonderful roof terrace overlooking the sea, Tenerife & La Gomera (on a clear day). Gorgeous sun rises each morning. The apartment was cosy but we were out most of the time so didn't spend much time there. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. The bonus was the private parking space just up the hill above the apartment which took all the stress of having to drive around the narrow streets.

Santa Cruz is very very hilly so don't stay here is you have any mobility issues! The apartment is at the top of a huge hill. It is within walking distance (10 minutes down hill) of all the shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets but the walk back home could be challenging!!

The friendliness of the host, the terrace and view from it, the quirkiness. The kitchen had everything we required.

The climb up to the property is not for the faint-hearted! My wife and I walked from the bus station, fortunately with only ‘hand’ luggage to carry. There were no shops or restaurants (that we could find anyway) in the immediate vicinity. Bearing in mind that we arrived late, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge, this was a disappointing aspect.

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hatte alles was wir brauchten und ist schön gelegen. Von der Dachterrasse hatte man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang! Die Vermieter der Unterkunft waren immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert.
