La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos caminando por todo Santa Cruz y terrazas... Lo recomiendo....
La falta de aparcamiento en la calle por obras, una obra justo al lado, pared con pared, pero eso no importa porque las obras duran poco, nos toco a nosotros, no hay remedio...y sobre todo muchísimo calor en el interior del apartamento, se soluciona con la instalación de un aire acondicionado, que el amigo Javier lo instalará...
