Casa Marilan

Ich liebe es, mich in alten, revitalisierten, authentischen Gemäuern einzumieten. Hoch über der Stadt, weg vom Trubel. Die Gastgeber selbst wohnen auch in der Nähe, sind sehr nett, warmherzig und bemühen sich persönlich um ihre Gäste. Besonders gefallen hat mir dass Spülmittel, Schwamm und Geschirrtuch in der Küche bereit lagen. Gibt's ja nicht überall.

Das Wetter. Alles andere war zum Wiederkommen.

Muy buen atendimiento por parte del propietario , la casa es bonita , pero hay que mejorar muchos aspectos .

El aparcamiento poco cómodo y mucho más si no te gusta conducir por calles estrechas .

The owner, Rupert, was on hand to hand over the house to us on arrival. very informative & knowledgeable. nothing was a problem to him, he spoke perfect English. The house, a renovated typical La Palma house (?) was all we needed. Living quarters downstairs with a bedroom, bathroom & kitchen. An outdoor staircase (but covered) with a small seating area led up to the balcony with sea views with access to the bedroom & bathroom. A small balcony to the other door in the bedroom. Kitchen (looked new) was very adequately equipped, large fridge/freezer. We didn't use the downstairs lounge/dining area, but it looked very nice, tv. sofa. chairs, dining table for 6. WiFi very good, a bit weaker in the bedroom.

Nothing. Will be coming back! More walking to do! You need to be reasonably fit to get to the front door, but that is a feature of the island, not the property. It does not have the title of 'the steepest island in the world' for nothing!
