The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Stylish apartment in a great location.

Even though I'd sent the required forms 2 weeks ahead of time, nothing was ready for my check-in. Highly cumbersome and inefficient process. That I wasn't allowed to have an access tag to the building was a bit of a pain also. Apartment itself is nice but needs some work: curtains need to be hung properly, two-pin adapters are needed for the many items that don't have three pin plugs, bed side lights didn't seem to work, knives need to be sharpened, spotlights above sofa didn't work making that corner quite dark, check-out instructions sent by email need to be aligned with the instructions received verbally.

The location! Very modern and clean apartment. I was also hugely disappointed about my concierge contact who simply told me that she is off and kept ignoring my calls. Had to wait over an hour to check in! Thanks to the elderly white who came to the rescue

It was very dark and enclosed. Terrace was internal facing and dark without any sunlight or view
