Place was safe and comfortable. Had all the necessary equipment, such as iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils. The room was easy to access. When we realised that we did not have enough towels the unit owner made an alternative for us to get them, that was thoughtful of the owner.
Maintenance can be improved.

The safety and the pool area were good 👍
There was no sugar and coffee for the morning, and when we used the balcony, apparently we were making noise

Beautiful accommodation and rooms have a fan and closes to the beach
Shower on the main bedroom was too short and slippery , I think they need to rework it

Location.
Owner, who was out of town, made arrangements with a friend to pay for locksmith facilities.
Lock jammed, locksmith was required to regain entry. We had to arrange for a locksmith and for the owner to pay. Beds were uncomfortable however the owner advised that it had been replaced after our stay. Loadshedding , out of the owners control, was experienced. Backup for such occasions was minimal. Inventory checklist is admin intensive.
