The place is near everything I needed,my morning view was an ocean.shops were very close ,
The Braai area had lot of boring rules ,we were not allowed to enjoy ourselves, we couldn't laugh or speak laud because they were complaining not to make noise during the day ...

The apartment was clean. And the cleaner Thando was very humble and welcoming...me and the owner at the beginning it was like we don't get along but after all everything was perfect 👌
Elevators not working when going down. Have to take stairs to level 5 to take Elevator

Near the ocean
Not easy to locate the building because the building name was not given to us. Also I had no internet for half my stay and had power problems.
