We left the key at the reception on Sat mrng instead of key box then when we come back there was no key at the reception nor key box, instead the receptionist who was on duty told us he gave the key to the cleaners whom he can't remember, yoh,,bt finally we got our key back n everything was still in order...

The host is always available to help, the place was clean , extra towels and housekeeping comes everyday if you want them to. You don’t have to drive if you want to get coffe or food . You can just walk as restaurants are just downstairs and there’s plenty to choose from. There’s also a pick and pay downstairs so everything is convenient.
