The place was very nice, especially inside. We enjoyed owning such a beautiful and chilled place. The facilities were there, and we did not have to look for staff evething was easy to find.
The mop was smelling very bad.
The outside of the building needs maitenance its very bad.
The lift take its own time to open and only 1 lift is working for the entire building.

The location and the setup of the apartment.
It was clean, access to hot water anytime.
Ocean view
-the toaster was rasty ( couldnt use)
-some pots lits did not have handles
-cups and glass were not the same size or colour.
-limited forks.

The staff was friendly
When we arrived at the apartment there was no one to assist us and they didn't even answer the phone we waited outside for 3 hours to be checked, in if it wasn't for the securities we would have slept on the street
