The unit was clean and very neat spacious

The location and the setup of the apartment. It was clean, access to hot water anytime. Ocean view
-the toaster was rasty ( couldnt use) -some pots lits did not have handles -cups and glass were not the same size or colour. -limited forks.

The staff was friendly
When we arrived at the apartment there was no one to assist us and they didn't even answer the phone we waited outside for 3 hours to be checked, in if it wasn't for the securities we would have slept on the street
