JOIVY Fantastic New Town Flat with Shared Garden

Nice and cost flat with everything our family needed, and peaceful area. Enough room for 3 adults, quiet location. Nice furniture, clean. Tesco neardby, bus stop in the front of the house and bus stop to the city center direction 5 min.

Too little toilet paper!!! 2 rolls for 3 people for the week, definitely too little! "The shared garden" wasn't what we expected, just backyard and untidy, also under the entrance... Some flowers in the garden and garden furniture would have been nice. The garden should not be mentioned in the name of the flat! The door lock and door handle were in bad shape, that should be fixed soon! Also instructions to the dishwasher and washing machine should be in the kitchen or in the hallway desk.

La propiedad está equipada con todos los accesorios y utensilios necesarios para hacer que la vida cotidiana sea perfecta y fluida. Sin duda, es un espacio de alta calidad que combina elegancia, funcionalidad y cercanía.

Esta muy bien decorada,con el equipamiento completo y en una zona muy tranquila y cómoda para caminar. La comunicación fue muy fácil y muy cordial.

The Location was great and apartment was lovely ,clean and tidy .

Heating was off and the property was 8/9 degrees when we arrived which in February is a real pain with 2 little kids It took 3/4 hours to reach a comfortable 19 degrees. Co hosts tried to get us to pick up the keys at their office at our own cost and time which was miles away from the apartment. When we questioned why there was no mention of this in the booking details their reply was its only a 20 minute walk each way . location of their office is on an extremely busy street with roadworks currently ongoing . Had this information been on the booking details we would not have booked the apartment. Co hosts eventually agreed to deliver the keys to the property at a pre determined time after several e mail exchanges where I asked them to cancel the booking . The term co host would infer that they were hosting the property which if true should have meant that in winter the heating is switched on and checked before we arrive.This is normal practice with other co host companies I have used . In truth they are key holders .
