We liked this place a lot. The room was just very beautiful, and we took a nice walk in the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the fireplace and set up our own small campfire!

Sweet tree house

We have stayed 2 nights in the tree house. Great atmosphere. Really pretty place. Breakfast was delivered in the cutest little basket at the entrance of the tree house. Music playing when we arrived, wine and fresh fruit as well . Very nice people working there and always keen to help.

The first day that we arrived, the AC was not working properly, so it was cold in the tree house , I was a bit disappointed. But the next day a technician came to fix it and it was perfect.

really good value stay in a beautiful and interesting area

We liked the breakfast, especially the local produce We loved the thoughtfulness that had gone into the design of the studio and the beds were really comfortable The staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble

I think the accommodation is great for people who use it as a base for exploring the area, The road is a little noisy for daytime relaxation Had we had poor weather we would have found the accommodation a little too cramped

great place to stay at on hot August nights for a motorbike couple

A cosy little studio, ideal for a short stay of a couple on a motorcycle ;) We greatly applaud the nature-caring touch of the place (no single use soaps and coffee - permanent fillers and two small jars with instant coffee and sugar instead - a simple and genuinely sustainable practice indeed!). Super amicable and friendly staff (tons of gratitude to Vicky who gave us great advice for beaches near Pyrgadiki village). Evening coolness in August nights is a real advantage as compared to next-to-the-shore properties (mind we are a motorbike couple who considers daily rides to the beach as “pros”, not as “cons”) All windows of the studio have reliable good quality mosquito nets - soo important for a woody area like Agramada’s (not just the room but the bathroom too). The tap water is good to drink - last in the list but not least indeed!

- the daytime mosquito breed are really hard to cope with and numerous - obviously not only our humanoid species likes the area ;) - the night mosquito breed are just as usual and easier to handle with repellents - just do not forget to have yours around ;)

Truly amazing place, with amazing philosophy. It was a great choice for a couple of resting days. Both the Treehouse and the rooms are great, comfy, cozy and very clean! You should try the breakfast for a full experience! It is also a great chance to see another side of Halkidiki.

The hospitality is great, the room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the hotel itself is very pretty with a lot of potential, overall good value for money.

There's not enough light in the room. The Wi-Fi reception is very bad - slow and keeps disconnecting and the owner couldn't offer a solution. The bathroom is very small, including the shower space

Outstanding boutique hotel in nature

Amazing little boutique hotel surrounded by nature! The rooms were immaculately cleaned and you can tell they are new - having searched other options in the area, these were definitely the most modern and up-to-date (& chic) rooms available. Our host, Giorgos, was incredibly helpful and had some great recommendations. The location is also really convenient because it allows you the flexibility to explore different parts of Halkidiki from one base. Most surprisingly, at night it gets cool enough that you won't even need to use the AC (visited in July!). We stayed in the hotel but they also have an adorable treehouse on site, and we may try that out next time ;). Also, the Greek breakfast is delicious and definitely worth it to add - I almost asked for more of the homemade cake! Overall, this room was great value, especially for the low price-point, and we can't wait to visit again soon!

Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν καλή, όμως πιστεύω ότι με ορισμένες μικρές βελτιωσεις το κατάλυμα θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει

Η συνολική εικόνα του καταλύματος είναι θετική. Πρόκειται για έναν όμορφο και προσεγμένο χώρο, που δημιουργεί μια ευχάριστη πρώτη εντύπωση. Το πρωινό, το οποίο σερβίρεται σε παραδοσιακό καλάθι, είναι όμορφα παρουσιασμένο. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, θεωρώ ότι η τιμή των 9€ κατά άτομο είναι σχετικά υψηλή σε σχέση με την ποσότητα και την ποικιλία που προσφέρεται.

Το δωμάτιο που προτείνεται για τέσσερα άτομα — όπως ήμασταν κι εμείς — το θεωρώ αρκετά μικρό για αυτή τη χωρητικότητα. Ο χώρος είναι περιορισμένος και ουσιαστικά δεν υπάρχει σημείο για να καθίσει κανείς άνετα πέρα από το κρεβάτι, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή λιγότερο άνετη, ειδικά όταν πρόκειται για περισσότερα άτομα.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε όμορφη τοποθεσία μέσα σε δάσος καθώς ήμασταν τυχεροί που προλάβαμε και λίγο χιόνι! Πολύ cozy και η διακόσμηση της σουίτας όπου μείναμε! Η διαχειρίστρια ήταν εξυπηρετική και ευγενική!

Κλείσαμε σουίτα στα 108€ και δεν ήταν σε δεντρόσπιτο . Δεν συμπεριλαμβανόταν το πρωινό, είχε έξτρα χρέωση 9€ το άτομο άρα συν 18€, το οποίο πρωινό που μας το έφεραν στην πόρτα μας σε ένα όμορφο καλαθάκι ήταν πολύ φτωχό κατά τη γνώμη μου με τίποτα αξιόλογο. Περιείχε 2 αυγά, 2 κρουασανάκια βουτύρου, 2 τυροπιτάκια, 2, φρυγανιές λίγες φέτες ψωμί, 2 μπουκαλάκια γάλα, 2 μπουκαλάκια χυμό αυτόν τον τυποποιημένο που έχουν τα ξενοδοχεία,2 γιαούρτια λίγα δημητριακά λίγο μέλι κ μαρμελάδα(δείγματα). Τα γράφω αναλυτικά για να καταλάβετε ότι ήταν μετρημένο.. επίσης ζητήσαμε ένα ζευγάρι παντόφλες αλλά και αυτό είχε έξτρα χρέωση στα 2,50€ για οικολογικούς λόγους.. όπως επίσης έξτρα χρέωση έχουν και τα ξύλα για το τζάκι αν ξοδέψεις αυτά που βρίσκεις μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Το τζάκι δυστυχώς δεν τραβούσε την κάπνα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ.. τέλος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση ακούγαμε όλο το βράδυ τους δίπλα..

Ο χώρος είναι πολύ όμορφος κάθε δωμάτιο είναι ξεχωριστό και είναι όλα όμορφα και άνετα! Γενικά προσέχουν τις λεπτομέρειες!

Ήταν δεύτερη φορά που βρεθήκαμε στον χώρο, και την πρώτη φορά στο δωμάτιο που είχαμε μείνει ήταν όλα μα όλα υπέροχα και πεντακάθαρα. Αυτήν την φορά λίγο στην καθαριότητα θα περιμέναμε περισσότερη προσοχή! Αλλά γενικά είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι με το κατάλυμα και το ξεχωρίζουμε με διαφορά!!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, η αισθητική υπέροχη, με άψογη λειτουργικότητα. Υπήρχε προσεκτικός σχεδιασμός στη λεπτομέρεια των καταλυμάτων.

Θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερο το στούντιο, να υπήρχε καλύτερη ηχομόνωση μεταξύ των δωματίων και ενδεχομένως από τη φασαρία του δρόμου. Εφαρμόσιμο αυτή τη στιγμή είναι να μπει μια χοντρή κουρτίνα στο παράθυρο πάνω από το κρεβάτι, γιατί τα παντζούρια δεν κλείνουν. Θα θέλαμε, επίσης, να ήταν προσβάσιμη η υπόλοιπη έκταση του καταλύματος για περίπατο.
