Beautiful house with private beach and soft sand on Araujo Island, with complete infrastructure. Circled with verandas and total view of the sea and Paraty Bay, the house is 10 km from the historic city center and 400 meters from the continent. There is a boat with captain, cook, chamber maid and waitress, helicopter pad and docks for all types of ships available. There?s a deck with a pool facing the sea, barbecue pit, bar and kitchen complete with a magnificent building of stone with total consideration for nature. All that in a 6,000 meter garden of carefully manicured plants and preserved Atlantic brush.

A casa é incrível, localização então, nem se fale. A D. Leila, proprietária, não só é uma simpatia, como extremamente atenciosa, gentil e preocupada com detalhes. A equipe dela também é muito querida e sempre disposta a ajudar. Foi um prazer enorme poder passar meu aniversário na casa, com meus amigos e família. As fotos não chegam aos pés do que a casa é de verdade - com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!
