About this house rental
ALL PHOTOS ARE OF THE HOUSE (100% private use)
A home of the highest standard. All suites feature a whirlpool tub and walk-in closet. Solar-heated pool. Sauna. Fireplaces. Hot tub. Gourmet area: barbecue grill, pizza oven, and beer cooler. Pool table. Private gym and home theater.
* We recommend the following professionals (R$ 200 per day each):
- caretaker (to operate equipment, prepare your barbecue, run errands, and handle general cleaning);
- cook/housekeeper (takes care of the house and cooks).
* Complete privacy: the smaller house (listed in a separate ad) is not rented out at the same time
* Electricity and gas consumption are billed separately. Meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out. The charge is based solely on the cost per kWh or per liter of gas, plus taxes.
* Optional: purchase of select wines from our cellar, as well as premium beers and other beverages displayed in the gourmet area.
* IMPORTANT: Please provide the correct number of guests. In case of an error, there may be an additional charge or even cancellation of your reservation. Avoid any awkward situations.
* VERY IMPORTANT: This is a family home and NOT a party venue. Events, parties, celebrations, religious services, live performances, speakers, musical instruments, fireworks, or any form of noise that disturbs the peace of the condominium and the local wildlife are not permitted. If you’re looking for a space to host festivities of any size, we do not wish to rent to you.

FINAL DE SEMANA MARAVILHOSO EM FAMÍLIA. A casa é linda, aconchegante e exatamente como as fotos. Fomos super bem atendidos pelo caseiro Uiliam e pela funcionaria Elisangela, que modéstia a parte, é uma excelente cozinheira. Eduardo, o dono da casa, também sempre disponível para tirar as dúvidas antes de irmos e super cordial durante nossa estadia. Voltaremos com certeza!!!!

A casa superou todas as expectativas, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, e os quartos excelentes. Já aluguei varias casas em Araras, e essa sem duvida foi a melhor. A vista da piscina maravilhosa, area gourmet perfeita, atendimento do Uilian muito bom, atendendo todas as nossas necessidades. Enfim SASA SENSACIONAL, voltaremos com certeza e indicaremos a amigos.

A casa é simplesmente fantástica. As fotos são muito boas, mas a casa é ainda melhor. Cada cômodo tem muito bom gosto e o espaço é ótimo. A casa é muito bem guarnecida: só chegar e usufruir. Os donos são pessoas ótimas, de muito bom papo e nos deram toda a atenção. Duas coisas são certas: (i) todos os 9 integrantes da família adoraram; e (ii) não vejo a hora de voltar!
