The apartment is truly stunning: a penthouse on the 12th floor with a breathtaking view of Copacabana, clean, tidy, and equipped with all the comforts. Fernando is an exceptional host—always kind and helpful, yet never intrusive. He gives you complete freedom in using the space, and if you prefer, you can enjoy your stay without even noticing he’s there. He welcomed us with an ice-cold beer, and on the day of our departure, not only did he let us store our luggage past check-out time, but he also allowed us to take a shower before heading to the airport. A truly rare level of hospitality!

A localização é excepcional, tendo tudo que você for precisar por perto, como padarias, mercados, farmácias, restaurantes, a uma rua da praia de Copacabana, fui na virada de ano e foi tudo maravilhoso. A hospitalidade do Fernando faz toda diferença, a gente se sente à vontade em casa tendo em vista que compartilhamos com ele e a esposa o ambiente.

Vores vært var fantastisk hjælpsom og sikke en kæmpe oplevelse at bo så tæt på Copacabana! Hvis vi er så heldige at komme til Rio igen, så skal vi helt sikkert bo der igen;))

Emplacement, appartement et accueil au top 👌

L’appartement est idéalement situé avec vue sur la plage de Copacabana. La -grande- terrasse au delà de la vue permet de passer de bons moments autour du barbecue, énormément de restaurants bars, supérettes, pharmacie à proximites immediate.Fernando (et son épouse 😉) est un hôte à la fois très discret et toujours disponible pour conseiller ou aider si vous en avez besoin. Cela peut paraître déroutant au début de partager un espace (cuisine salon terrasse) mais dans la pratique ils ne viennent jamais si vous êtes la et que vous ne leur demandez pas un service ou un renseignement ! L’espace nuit comprend un frigo et une Sdb/wc privatifs ainsi que la Clim. Le tout est très propre et L’hôte vous met à disposition tout ce dont vous avez besoin. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir si j’en ai l’opportunité ! Au plaisir Fernando et merci ! Philippe

L'emplacement et la terrasse sont les attraits principaux de cet hébergement. L'hôte est également très accueillant! J'ai été un peu surpris de constaté que c'était un appartement partagé avec l'hôte et un co-locataire, mais ils étaient tous très sympathiques.
