The apartment is one block from the beach and one block from the Copacabana Palace in the best stretch of Copacabana beach. No visits to the apartment or sex tourism allowed. Only people with properly registered documents will have access to the property. Any infraction or non-compliance with condominium rules will result in the guest being held responsible with a fine of five thousand reais, payable at the time of the infraction. Reservations for 1 and 2 guests will have 1 suite available; Reservations for 3, 4, and 5 guests will have 2 suites available; Reservations for 6, 7, 8, and 9 guests will have 3 suites available in the apartment, including 1 bedroom (family room) with a queen bed and a double bed; Reservations for more than 10 guests will have the entire apartment available. The apartment accommodates 14 people. Thus: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 queen bed; Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed; Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed; Bedroom 4: 1 double bed; Living room: 1 sofa bed. Intercom Instructions

• If the doorman is not at the entrance (he may be in the back or on a short break), press "Concierge" to call him.
• To call the apartment, dial 201.
• This doorbell will ring inside the apartment if someone from your group has already arrived.
• From inside the apartment, guests can open the front door remotely by pressing the key button on the intercom.
• If you arrive without the Key, call 201 so your group can unlock your entrance. Elevators – Arrival • This is the main elevator (in front of the lobby). • If you have luggage, please use the service elevator at the back of the building. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, the service elevator is locked. During this time, please use the main elevator. Service Elevator and Sea Bathing • Take the service elevator when arriving with luggage. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is only one apartment per floor. After the beach, please use the tap to rinse the sand off your feet/body before entering the apartment. Please remove the sand before entering — this helps keep the apartment clean and prevents problems. Service elevator – Important!!! The service elevator has a manual door. • Open it yourself to enter and close it completely after entering. • When exiting, do the same: close the door manually. If left open, the elevator gets stuck on that floor and cannot be used by others. Residents.

Street Door Keys

• There will be a key on the kitchen counter.
• These keys open the street door when the doorman is not present (after 10 PM or during breaks).

Always carry your key with you.
Lost keys = R$ 100 fee each.

Night Service Door Key

• Between 10 PM and 8 AM, the back door on the 1st floor (service elevator area) is Locked. • This key unlocks that door — for emergencies (for example, if the elevator is not working or if you need to use the stairs). If you all go out at night, take this key with you in case the elevator is not working. Trash Disposal Please take out the trash regularly during your stay and at check-out. • NO VISITS ALLOWED 🕓 Doorman on duty from 8 am to 10 pm. After 10 pm, access is by key; security cameras monitor the building 24 hours.🏖 Attention: Beach towels are not provided. Locals typically use sarongs/kangas/pareos (lightweight beach wraps), which are sold everywhere on the beach and make great souvenirs. 🚫 NO VISITORS are allowed at any time. Only guests listed on the reservation may enter the building and the apartment. If an unregistered person or visitor is found on the property, a fine of R$ 5,000.00 will be charged to the reservation.
