Impressive, unforgettable in Ipanema
Unique location - with amazing views of Ipanema. The apartment is high off the road below and every room has a great view - plenty of space and comfortable. With 24 reception - building felt safe and secure. Parking was tight space but effective. But the location beats everything - couldn’t be closer to Ipanema beach
Kitchen had everything needed but was a little small A little noisy at night - I’d recommend staying up late or getting some earplugs

Tuesday morning is a fantastic fresh produce in the square where I bought amazing fresh fruit for breakfast. Next to it a supermarket. restaurants everywhere of course it’s ipanema.

Apartamento degradado
Experiência extremamente negativa. Este apartamento não tem absolutamente nada de “Luxo Frente Mar” — a designação é enganosa. Pelo preço esperava um nível de qualidade adequado, mas o que encontrei foi um apartamento muito velho, degradado e mal mantido. Higiene inaceitável: chão sujo, utensílios de cozinha com gordura e varandas sujas, isto apesar de ser cobrada taxa de limpeza. Problemas estruturais e técnicos evidentes, incluindo água do ar condicionado a escorrer na parede da suite e tubos a descarregar água para lavatórios. Almofadas com mau odor. As janelas não fecham, não há qualquer qualquer isolamento acústico — é como dormir na rua e tem muito barulho de pessoas e carros. Não corresponde às fotos (claramente desatualizadas face ao apartamento de hoje) nem à descrição. Sinto-me enganado pelo anúncio e pelo posicionamento “luxo”. Pelo preço pedido, é absolutamente injustificável. Não recomendo de todo. Procurem alternativas — há opções muito melhores na zona e provavelmente por menos dinheiro.

Magnifique vue sur Ipanema
La situation géographique de l'appartement est très bien, avec une vue magnifique sur la plage d'Ipanema. L'appartement est spacieux et propre. La résidence est sécurisée 24 heures sur 24.
Très mauvaise isolation de l'appartement, on entend de façon gênante le bruit des vagues et les personnes le soir sur la plage (en juillet). L'hôte n'a pas communiqué suffisamment tôt les informations pour rentrer dans l'appartement nous avons perdu du temps avec les personnes à l'accueil qui ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais. Il manquait le linge de lit pour un lit
