Nice location, big apartments, bad service, not recommended

The location is good. Parking is convenient at a good weekly rate of 100$ and you park your own. 2 bedroom apartment was large and comfortable.

* They should put the exact 10 pictures of the apartment you’re getting rather than the 90 pictures of all potential apartments. * the building is old. The apartment, even though partially renovated, it’s not well maintained. The A/C is not working properly. Mosquito screens ripped and windows are not fully closing. * A lot of noise! Not from inside the building but from the cars. And light coming in making it difficult to have a good sleep. * Building policies which are not explained in detail. 30$/ 2 people weekly staying fee, 25$ per day per umbrella, and a lot of waiting time to do these items. * I will not choose to stay here another time.

Great location, perfect place for a small family or group of friends.

kitchen was equipped with the basics, plenty of towels, and the beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella was much appreciated! Tv options were good if you needed that. location can’t be beat!

there were only two decent chairs on the balcony. the unit was clean, the only negative was the decor was “tired” in realtor terms.

First Time Stay In Hollywood Beach

The condo was absolutely beautiful, very clean, & much more than I expected! I was very pleased with my stay here!

The pool hours posted outside said sunrise to sunset. At 7pm a staff member came out telling everyone the pool was closed…….the sun was still out!! Everyone looked confused and was hesitant to get out the pool so the staff member started taking pictures of everyone with his phone!!!!! I went to the front desk and asked what the hours were and I was told it changed to 7:30pm however the signs hadn’t been updated to reflect the changes. The following day at the pool that same staff member was taking pictures again of people “violating” pool policies and he showed his “evidence” to the security officers whom walked thru the pool area every 30 mins! Smh! I do like the security measures but I think it was a little obsessive. Meanwhile I witnessed someone enter the building who didn’t stay/live here; he simply walked in behind a family going thru the door, he had no mask on so he pulled his shirt up over his face! There was a security person at the elevators but she didn’t say anything to the guy (he didn’t have a mask on or the blue wrist band); he proceeded to get on the elevator and went wherever he wanted. So with that said; I do appreciate the security here but I think they need to focus on more important things going on in the building instead of the people sitting around the pool! And update the pool hours on the signs & that would eliminate any confusion! Smh!
