The location is good.
Parking is convenient at a good weekly rate of 100$ and you park your own.
2 bedroom apartment was large and comfortable.
* They should put the exact 10 pictures of the apartment you’re getting rather than the 90 pictures of all potential apartments.
* the building is old. The apartment, even though partially renovated, it’s not well maintained. The A/C is not working properly. Mosquito screens ripped and windows are not fully closing.
* A lot of noise! Not from inside the building but from the cars. And light coming in making it difficult to have a good sleep.
* Building policies which are not explained in detail. 30$/ 2 people weekly staying fee, 25$ per day per umbrella, and a lot of waiting time to do these items.
* I will not choose to stay here another time.
