Tides building over the beach apartments

Sugiero que 48 hs antes del check in la comunicación no sea por mail, sobre todo si notaran que falta confirmar algo o tengan que brindar información, es más efectivo por whastapp que por mail y se evitan demoras, ya que uno puede venir de largas horas o días de viaje y uno no ve la hora de poder ingresar a la unidad alquilada. Mucha demora por parte de mantenimiento, tuvimos problemas con la cerradura, sin uno quiere estar para recibirlo sería bueno más agilidad sobre todo por este problema.

All the additional fees at check in,parking $100,$30service charge then another $20 for something else, not bad but visitors should b notifying up front clearly b 4 booking....

Está frente al mar y es muy cómodo ir de la playa a la piscina sin tener que mover el automóvil.

El personal del front desk se queda allí y no facilita la apertura de puertas cuando uno llega cargado de bolsas. Tampoco saludan si uno no los saluda previamente.

Property is good in the sense that it’s a good location (although not on the boardwalk). The view from the apartment itself is the best part as well as they have 2 chairs and an umbrella for the apartment with the photo of the lost card at the beach. The property is an older building and it’s more apartment style so not bad for families going for a long time, I would not suggest it for short term though.

We were only provided one trash bag during our whole stay, and the trash bag was one of the small just thin plastic ones that broke. The couch is a different one then the photo and is not a pull out but more like a futon. You have to pay for 1 week of parking for $100 even if you’re there for less. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t working. It looked good when you first walked in but it needed a lot of work. The flooring was coming up, the bed frames in the room were not doing well with some legs twisted, the sliding glass door in the bathroom doesn’t slide at all. There was no list of items that they did or didn’t provide on the it so when we asked for enough towels to at least have our family of 4 there and another trash bag we got told that renters have to provide their own things, which I wouldn’t mind if I knew I guess, albeit trash bags should be an item. There was also no covers for the futon bed or pillows for that bed. At that point, I didn’t dare ask the host after our last response. When we went to check in we also didn’t have our names on the list we had to wait for them to add us in. You pay $30 for 1 FOB that you don’t get any money back on but they ask you return it when you go give the parking pass. There is also no drinkable water on site. So make sure to bring your own. The fridge doesn’t have any.
