Condo with a view! Boat Slip Available to rent! Brand new, high end everything! Stunning one bedroom with a KING bed condo located in the heart of Osage Beach. This Unit has a brand new everything! Italian marble spa shower in the bathroom, vintage style fridge, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, HUGE closet for storage. The kitchen has a large, quartz, island. There is a covered, screened in deck with a heater for those cooler nights looking out onto the lake. Cove location at the 21 mile marker in Heron Bay complex with nice amenities including boat slips, pool, and tennis courts! Many fine restaurants, great shopping, and fun things to do, both by land and water. Unit includes 2 large flat screen TVs, pull out couch (queen sized pullout), patio furniture and a King sized bed in the bedroom. We Accept Short term leases, as well (Oct.-April). Great location and quiet. Definitely some issues with how to manage the door and lock situation that were somewhat inconvenient, but the host did respond fairly quickly. It really depends on what you’re looking for how the place will serve your needs. If you’re going to spend a lot of time on the lake or out and about seeing the sites, it’s probably gonna be perfect. Since I was spending a lot of time at the condo between gigs cooking and resting, things that needed attention were more noticeable. It was okay though.

Great location and nice view off the balcony of the water and boat slips below.
King bed was comfortable, Keurig Coffee maker was great.
TV in every room with internet TV and Cable TV.
