This beautifully maintained cottage is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or a friends’ getaway. The open-concept living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax after a day on the river.

Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included. Pets must be pre-approved prior to your stay in writing. The pet fees are additional fees and not included in your previous quoted prices.

We’ve stayed at a few different properties along the comal over the years but this one is by far the best. Location is great, property is clean and quiet and management was very helpful. We stayed here with friends and family who rented the other units and we were able to open the doors and move between the units which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back.

So glad we found this place to say in New Braunfels. It's close to the river and just about everything is within walking distance. Cathy was great to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for all the memories. We will definitely be back.

We loved the property, with private river access and nice mature trees. It was lovely. The cottage itself was extremely clean and well maintained, with everything you might need. It is very well located with several restaurants nearby, and a place to rent tubes for the river right next door. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!! We had our doggie with us and he really enjoyed it too, especially hanging out in the river.
