The place itself is homely and everything you need with a comfortable bed, bathroom and washing machine. It's in a perfect location!! The bus stop is around the corner and the 7 takes you to downtown. Some great places for food, Jericho Beach is a 30 minute walk away and I walked to the MOA museum but again there is a bus there too. Even though I didn't meet the hosts they were very helpful through messages and I got to meet some family members who were very welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here and I'll definitely plan to stay here on my next trip to Vancouver.

This isn't the hosts fault but the only downside is the noisy tenants at the front. One night they were loud until 3am. My loop earplugs blocked most of it out so bring earplugs. Other than that the place is amazing!

Value and location

Clean

Seema and Gord were very nice and caring. The appartement is small, but very comfortable and well equiped. With a small fridge and kettle it's possible to prepare some meals for breakfast or dinner. The surrounding is lovely when you want to get to know Vancouver apart from the typical tourist sites.
