Apartamento Ocean View

Brak uwag godny polecenia

Amazing view from the balcony, there are plenty of space, nice to spend time here. Building are well maintained, multiple lifts and access to the building. Pool area also superb maintained. Big heated pool - outstanding experience. Apartment location also very good 👍 there are parking spot in underground parking. Basically apartment have 3 benefits - location, pool and balcony 🙃

Lack of basic cleaning. Apartments are quite outdated and not maintained well. I read through reviews from 1–2 years ago, and unfortunately nothing has been improved. For example, there is still a bad odor coming from the main bathroom. This seems like a simple issue to fix for instance, installing a proper pop-up (click-clack) drain valve to block the smell — but it hasn’t been addressed for years. As a result, previous guests mentioned they couldn’t even use this bathroom. Also we have problem with internet it doesn’t worked all our stay 17 nights - host did not offer any solution. .

The view was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable

Insufficient towels only 4 for 4 people and no pool towels Lighting was poor and old felt quite depressing Couldn’t turn off ceiling fan when lights were on in living room as the switch was broken Second toilet did not work Toilet seat in en-suite broken No plugs in sinks in either bathroom for men shaving En-suite smelled bad Both irons were filthy and unusable Sliding door to the terrace in living room didn’t close properly Electric shutter in master bedroom did not work as no battery in the remote controls This cost £1400 for 6 nights over new year which was very expensive and we expected more. This flat could be lovely but it has not been maintained or updated for years. We are not exaggerating this is not recommended
