The amount and standard of culinary items was disappointing.Insufficient glasses were particularly inconvenient.

Obiekt byl w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko zejścia nad plaże i ścieżkę spacerową. Blisko znajdowało się dużo restauracji. Czystość w obiekcie na plus, pokoje wyglądały tak jak na zdjęciach. Kontakt z personelem bardzo dobry i szybka odpowiedź na pytania.

The apartment was large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Close to Lidl and close to los Gigantes.

The pool was very cold, we couldn’t use it unfortunately, even though that’s why we booked this place as well. The building was a bit confusingly large and the floor numbers don’t make sense, so it was hard to find the apartment at first. And you really have to get creative with street parking, hopefully we didn’t get any fines. But a tip for the owners: it would be good to tell the guests that around the corner there is a parking garage where you can park the car for the whole week for not too much money. We found it out a bit too late, if we knew we would have used that for sure.

The apartament is very very outdated and worn out. One of the toilet was broken and nobody fixed it. Water taps were with limescale and was hard to open and when you do, the water splashes everywhere. The blinds were dirty, frying pans were unusable. Awful smell from the ventiliation in one of the bathrooms (seems like there is a sewage problem). In total, the company realy needs to renovate the apartament
