Appartement lumineux avec une belle terrasse dans un bel immeuble . Lave linge bien pratique et un coin cuisine américaine agréable Literie ferme . Piscine . Restaurant italien au pied de l immeuble très pratique
Aménagement intérieur un peu vieillot notamment salle de bain (baignoire) Peu de prises électriques . Parking pas facile à trouver dans la rue même en hors saison (mars) Contact avec le propriétaire uniquement par whatsap ( cela etant dit réactif ) Actuellement des travaux avec des grues qui gâchent la vue avec de légères nuisances sonores Travaux qui devraient durer encore quelques semaines et non signalés par le propriétaire

L'appartement est confortable et adapté pour 2 personnes. La terrasse est un vrai point positif.
Le lit est très inconfortable, il n'y a pas de sommier et il grince au moindre mouvement.

Très belle terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la Gomera Bien placé en centre ville mais calme Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement
Lits un peu hors d’âge (sommiers cassés) Un peu vieillot globalement, l’appartement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement
