This nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2nd floor Surf Condo unit is located in building 4. Here you’ll find one of the nicest views in the whole complex, overlooking the pool and nicely landscaped grounds while also getting a spectacular ocean view!

Come and relax inside this beautifully decorated, light filled, open layout condo. Done in soothing shades with coastal touches, the furnishings are overstuffed and comfortable in the living room, the classic kitchen is bright and includes everything you’ll need during your stay. Seat 6 around the dining table plus room for 2 at the counter, or take your meals outside on the covered deck accessed from the sliding doors off the living room.

Enjoy the best of both worlds when you stay at the Surf Condos. Two beach accesses take you directly onto the sand for a day in the sun. Or, if you prefer, relax around the large community pool.

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.
The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change).
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
