The most accommodating and helpful host I have ever had. She spent a lot of time accommodating a special request/need. Went way way above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about host.

My husband and I really loved staying at this property. It’s on the first level so less stairs. It has a shared shower and 2 toilet/ sink 1/2 baths so that was helpful. The parking for 2 cars under the unit in the shade was a huge plus. Short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the outdoor patio. The patio is large. The kitchen is big so if you want to cook you can. The thing my husband loved was the snacks and coffee and condiments. Jim and Nora literally thought of everything you might need and there it was. It’s 1 Bedroom with a pullout couch and there was a rolling bed in the closet. We don’t need it since our friends are local and just came for the day but I could see how families with children could also leverage this property. It is big enough for a family of 4. Be aware of the local traffic patterns and timing. It can get long and dicey at times during the weekend. I recommend this property to everyone who wants to visit surf city.

Wow, what a phenomenal experience! This was our first visit to Surf City and North Carolina. The beach was amazing. The water was clear, shells were so neat, and it wasn’t too crowded. The condo was PERFECT for our family of three. The set up was great and the snacks, coffee, beach towels, beach chairs, and all the things were much appreciated!!!! It helped not having to bring so much of that with us. The beach is right around the corner from the condo. Literally, you are steps from the beach. You can also see and hear the ocean from the balcony. There were fabulous places to eat within a 5-10 minute drive. Surf City was so easy to navigate. Jim and Nora were beyond fabulous to work with as well. We had zero issues and truly hope to come back!!!!!

A great spot for a short get-away to the beach!! Communication was amazing! Everything was in order and we needed for nothing our entire stay! Highly recommend!
