The location was amazing but those stairs can be tough. The unit was great and felt spacious with the loft. We couldn’t find a cookie sheet for our pizza but that’s really the only thing the kitchen. Don’t have. Everything else was great and the AC worked amazingly!

The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay (especially in the kitchen!!). The location right on the beach was perfect and having the pool gives a nice break from the beach and sand. Would definitely recommend!
The property management company sent WAY too many emails and texts, often with duplicate information, but I suppose it's better to be over-informed than under-unformed and that was more an annoyance than a real problem.

We love this community in Topsail and this condo did not disappoint. We loved the extra loft space with a beautiful ocean view. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Fully stocked condo with extras such as books and games for all ages!

We loved the feel of the Condo, felt like home. The view was beautiful of the ocean and loved the chairs as you could sit high enough to see over the rail to the ocean. It was on the third floor so it was tough getting our belongings in, but you get a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. The kitchen was well supplied. We would go back again in a heartbeat.
