This is a nice unit in the complex (we have stayed at other units in this complex before). The inside was good and as-advertised and overall acceptable with a couple of issues. The first is the door handle to the patio was broken and very difficult to open. The second issue is the owner replaced the interior bathroom doors with accordion screens. This is not acceptable. Basically there are two bathrooms connected to a shower room in between. There are 2 interior doors that separate the bathrooms from the shower room. While there isn't a huge amount of space for the doors to swing, they separate the two bathrooms. Changing them to accordion doors makes it so there is limited privacy between the two toilets and none between each toilet and the shower. So if someone is in the shower, one toilet is unblocked and the other just has a thin accordion door. Note that these accordion doors only stay closed with a weak magnet and the a/c pressure opened them at times. This isn't a huge deal but if you value bathroom privacy, it might make a difference to you if you are sharing the space. I'd HIGHLY recommend the owner put the doors back in place.
The location of the unit is great and very close to the beach. Probably about the closest you can get. There is a view of the ocean but that is blocked a little by the dune as this is the lowest unit in the complex.
This complex doesn't allow anyone on the grass which is disappointing. Being able to play on the lawn would be a huge plus.
