Beautiful remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bathroom end unit townhouse with no shared walls in the mainland of Surf City. This location gives you the convenience of walking to all local restaurants and shops in the center of Surf City and also on the mainland side. This townhouse offers a reverse floorplan with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and additional bedroom upstairs. Imagine waking up to a water and island view from your queen master suite with private balcony. The master bathroom offers a double vanity and shower with bench. The second bedroom on the first floor has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin size bed. The full size bathroom has a double vanity with a shower/tub combo. The spacious kitchen and living room have sweeping views of the intercoastal waterway and Surf City. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a margarita machine. There are 3 seats at the bar and table seating for 6 people.
