Located just one mile north of Surf City’s iconic swing bridge, this community connects to the island bike path and is a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The complex stretches from the 900 block of North New River Drive to the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean, with eight Caribbean-colored buildings arranged in a “U” shape around a private zero-entry pool, sun decks, and covered gazebos—ideal for relaxing after a day of swimming, shelling, and beach adventures.
Kids will love the walk-in pool, while adults can unwind in the lounge chairs and soak up the laid-back coastal vibe.
Surf Condo 713 is located on the first floor of Building 7, just inside the gated entry. This oceanview unit includes full cable, Wi-Fi, and sleeping accommodations for up to six guests (Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds). First-floor units enjoy private covered parking for two vehicles parked tandem.
Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the stunning ocean view. At the end of the entry hall, the open living space combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas for easy entertaining. The living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. From here, step out onto your private covered deck overlooking the pool and Surf City’s sprawling beach—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
