About this apartment rental

Serenity by the Sea is your next great relaxing vacation with a view of the ocean and a view of the pool. You will enjoy easy access to the beach via the private ramps while also having access to the community pool. This 2nd Floor condo comes with one master bedroom (queen size bed) , a set of bunk beds and a queen size pull out couch to comfortably fit 4 Adults and 2 children(MAX)! Serenity by the Sea has a private master half bath and full bath, fully stocked kitchen (w a Keurig). There are flat screen TVs in the living room, bed room and even in the bottom bunk bed! Kid friendly but great for couples and small groups of friends. We hope you enjoy!

Guests will need to place a Parking Pass ($30 Fee each if not returned) on vehicle dash/rear view mirror during their entire stay. In addition, a Pool Key Card ($30 Fee each if not returned) is required to use the pool. Both items will be provided upon check-in.

Surf Unit Owners Association (SUOA, Inc.) Rules & Regulations
1. Parking lot speed limit is not to exceed 10 miles per hour.
2. All Vehicles must display an official Parking Permit, issued by the SUOA Inc. A maximum of two parking spaces and two parking permits per unit will be issued. Carport parking is for first floor units only, and must not block the opening of storage doors. Vehicles without parking permits, or vehicles illegally parked will be towed at owner’s expense. Guests that do not return Parking Passes or Gate Keys will be charged $30 per Pass.
3. Nothing other than passenger vehicles are allowed on SUOA Inc. property. No overnight parking of boats, trailers etc. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
4. All open flames and grilling are prohibited on decks. Charcoal grills are permitted at the grilling area near laundry facility only. Grilling is done at the risk of the owner, guest, renter or occupant. Fireworks are prohibited.
5. No items are to be hung above the height of or over the unit deck rail.
6. Loud partying and/or music will not be tolerated during quiet hours. (11pm-8am)
7. Keep off the sand dunes. There is a $500 fine in Surf City for walking or standing on the dunes. Surf City Ordinance 93-33.
8. No glass in the pool area. Pool rules are posted and must be followed. Pool passes are required.
9. Dumpsters are provided for household trash only. No construction debris of any kind. Do not place any refuse on the outside of the dumpster.
10. No skateboards, roller-skating, or roller blades allowed in the complex. Bicycles are prohibited in the Courtyard.
11. There are to be no items left under the carports at any time. Items left under carports (grills, chairs, bicycles, grills, etc.) are subject to confiscation and disposal.
12. Please use the walkways while traveling in the courtyard. Walking or playing on the grass is prohibited.
13. Laundry room - A key card is required to access to the laundry area.
14. Occupancy limits for units are set at six for first and second floor units and eight for third floor units. Decks are to be limited to no more than six persons at any one time for safety reasons.
15. Do not feed seagulls, or any wild animals from the decks or on the property of the Surf Condos.
16. A hose is provided and located by the office building. Washing is for passenger vehicles only. Car wash hose is for owners/renters only, not guests of guests or friends of guests. Fish cleaning is prohibited.
17. If animals are suspected, guest will be subject to additional $500 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.
18. Drugs of any kind are NOT ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If guests are suspected of using illegal substances or transporting illegal substances, the local police will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately. If drugs are suspected, guest will be subject to additional $250 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.
19. Smoking and vaping are limited to the balcony with the door completely closed or in designated areas on the pool deck. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes in the outside dumpster and do no bring inside the unit. If smoke is detected in the unit, the guests will be subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.
20. Minimum Age to rent: 25

Our second time at Serenity by the Sea and it was as nice as our first.The condo is cute, clean, comfortable and well appointed.The complex is older and well maintained.Easily walk to the beach or spend time at the pool. Walking distance to Surf City area restaurants and shopping.

This was our first time staying in Surf City-normally stay in N Topsail. We totally lucked out in finding this gem. The location was perfection and everything was just as described. Serenity by the Sea fit my family perfect. The bath and a half with the washer/dryer suited this family of 3.

Decorated nicely. All of the necessary amenities Clean and surprisingly roomy. Madr the most of the space. Overlooking pool with great ocean views. I am in love with the area and the beach. Definitely would return. Recommended.
