Lovely townhouse. So clean and stocked with things you need for a vacation. We brought things I thought I needed- but wouldn't have needed to. Just a run to the near by grocery store would have done it. The location was great! A quiet neighborhood- yet not far from a CVS, Store, Post Office, and hospital.
We loved the location in the community. Next to the pool and lake at the back door.
We had great communication with the owner.

My wife and I could not have been any more pleased with our month in this Sail Harbor town home. The gated community was beautiful and the location was near to beaches and great restaurants. The home was tastefully decorated and meticulously clean. The owners were always available for any questions or concerns we may have had. We were completely satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place , very responsive owners, clean neighborhood, pretty birds in yard and lovely fountain in nearby pond. WiFi needs improvement at times. Nice beds.

This house is exquisite! Every finish, every appliance, every furnishing is top of the line. The location of this property in Sail Harbor is perfect. Water view close to the swimming pool and the mail box. We brought lots of things with us that were not needed because everything was there. Soap, paper towels, butter, condiments, beach towels, chairs, water, even a welcome bottle of wine and snacks.
The only reason we did not rent again for next year is, I am having some difficulty with the stairs.
We have rented several times in Sail Harbor and this by far is the best house we have stayed at.
The only negative, was taking off our shoes, but after a while it became a habit and the owners were very clear that was expected before we rented.
We had a wonderful month in this beautiful house and I'm sure you will too.
