At Lucaya you are minutes from our beautiful Gulf beaches and the shores of the Caloosahatchee River. You will drive up historic McGregor Boulevard, lined with majestic Royal Palms, past the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, and be minutes from all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you could hope for during your stay!
**Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 15 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 10-15 days to review. This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pools or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces. As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.

This condo was one of if not the nicest condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many.Well stocked, anything you could need if you like to cook. Furnishings were lovely, bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets to use and a washing machine & dryer! Lovely grounds as well. There were 2 swimming pools, one at each end of the development, easy to access.The only downside for me was that you needed a car to go to anything. I prefer the ability to walk to some eateries or stores.But that’s a personal preference.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucaya. The customer service from Brett and Aiden was great. They answered all phone calls promptly. I highly recommend.

The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was very neat and in order when we got there. Dealing with them was so very easy and they were all just helpful and wonderful. Any questions we had they got back to us immediately. We dealt with Brett most of the time and next time we go he will be the person I call. He was so very nice and helpful and again we did not have to wait for any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend them highly. I would definitely deal with them again next time we go.

I rented for my parents as it was less then 2 miles from my house. They were very comfortable and we were able to have my sisters come visit and see our Mum. Would rent again. The only negative is the parking situation. Only room for 2 cars and if others visited you had to park at clubhouse and walk.
